Processing & Lead Time

In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Out-of-Stock / Custom Orders: Typically require a 1-3 week lead time depending on the production schedule. Your account manager will provide an exact ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) on your Proforma Invoice.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the actual weight, volumetric weight of your order, and the destination country. For bulk orders, please contact us for manual freight calculation to get the best rate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) or EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise stated. This means the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.
