Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the actual weight, volumetric weight of your order, and the destination country. For bulk orders, please contact us for manual freight calculation to get the best rate.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) or EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise stated. This means the buyer is responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees levied by the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your commercial invoice and the tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's official website.
