Standard Return Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For most standard, in-stock items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition you received them. Customized products or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Restocking Fees
For non-defective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, ordered wrong specifications), a standard 15% restocking fee will be applied. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item (RMA Process)
We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. Packages sent back without an authorized RMA number will be rejected.
Request RMA
Contact your account manager or email our support team with your Order ID, product details, and the reason for return.
Get Approved
Once approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide you with the detailed return shipping address.
Ship Back
Pack the items securely. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the product packaging).
Inspection & Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your replacement or issue a refund within 3-5 business days.
